City & micro-market
Ad costs vary hugely. Generating a Gurugram or South Mumbai enquiry costs several times what a tier-2 market costs.
Budget segment
Premium and luxury buyers are rarer and more expensive to reach, so cost per lead rises with the ticket size.
Shared or exclusive
Exclusive leads go to you alone and carry a premium. Shared leads go to a limited number of partners and cost less.
Property type
Apartments, plots, villas and commercial each need separate campaigns with different economics.
Monthly volume
Higher committed volume brings the per-lead cost down — campaigns optimise better with more data.

Pricing & Process Questions
What exactly is a "verified" lead?
Every enquiry that comes through our campaigns is called by our team before it reaches you. We confirm that the number is reachable, that the person is genuinely looking at property, and we capture their budget, preferred locality and buying timeline. Anything that fails that check never gets billed to you.
How fast are leads delivered?
Real time. Once a lead clears verification it is pushed to you within minutes — on WhatsApp, email, a shared Google Sheet, or straight into your CRM via API. Speed matters more than volume in real estate, so we optimise for it.
Can I choose the city, budget range and property type?
Yes. That is the whole point. You can filter by city and micro-market, budget band, property type (apartment, plot, villa, commercial, farmhouse) and buyer intent (end user vs investor). We build the campaign around your inventory, not the other way round.
Are the leads exclusive to me?
We offer both models. Shared leads are more affordable and go to a limited number of partners. Exclusive leads go to you alone and are priced accordingly. Most brokers start shared and move to exclusive once they see the conversion pattern.
What if a number is invalid or unreachable?
It gets replaced. Report it within 48 hours of delivery and we replace it in your next batch, no questions asked. Our replacement policy is written into every agreement.
Which cities do you cover?
Pan-India. Delhi NCR, Gurugram, Noida, Ghaziabad, Faridabad, Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Lucknow, Kolkata, Indore and Chandigarh–Mohali are active, and we regularly open new markets on client request.
How does payment work?
Leads are prepaid. You top up for an agreed volume, we deliver against it, and you get a GST invoice for every payment. There is no long lock-in contract — most partners start with a small trial batch.
Do you work with developers directly?
Yes. For developers we run project-specific campaigns with custom landing pages and creatives, and route enquiries to your in-house sales team or appointed channel partners. Reporting is shared weekly.
Is there a minimum order?
There is a small minimum so campaigns have enough budget to optimise properly — it varies by city and price band. Tell us your target market and we will quote the exact number.
How is 10Gaj different from buying portal leads?
Portal leads are sold to everyone at once and are rarely qualified. We generate demand ourselves through performance campaigns, verify it on call, and control how many partners a lead goes to. You get fewer leads, but you actually speak to the people.
