1. Services
We generate, verify and deliver real estate enquiry data (“leads”) to clients such as brokers, developers, channel partners and consultants, under a plan agreed in writing covering city, budget segment, delivery method, volume and price.
2. Nature of leads
A lead is an enquiry from a person who has expressed interest in property. We verify reachability, stated intent, budget band and timeline before delivery. We do not guarantee any sale, booking, site visit or conversion. Outcomes depend on your follow-up, inventory, pricing and market conditions.
3. Payment
Leads are prepaid unless agreed otherwise in writing. A GST invoice is raised for every payment. Delivery begins once payment is received and confirmed.
4. Replacement policy
Leads that are invalid, unreachable after reasonable attempts, or duplicated may be reported within 48 hours of delivery and will be replaced in a subsequent batch. Replacement is the sole remedy for such leads. Leads reported after 48 hours may not be eligible.
5. Refunds
Amounts paid are generally non-refundable. Where a campaign cannot be delivered at all, any undelivered balance may be refunded or credited at our discretion, as agreed in writing.
6. Client obligations
- Contact leads only for the purpose for which they were supplied.
- Comply with applicable telecom, advertising, RERA and data protection regulations.
- Do not re-sell, redistribute or publish delivered lead data.
- Provide accurate business information and inventory details for campaign setup.
7. Exclusivity
Unless a plan is explicitly marked exclusive, leads may be shared with a limited number of other partners. Exclusive delivery is available on request and priced separately.
8. Intellectual property
Landing pages, creatives and campaign assets produced by us remain our intellectual property unless assignment is separately agreed in writing. Website content, branding and design are ours.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with the services is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific batch giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including loss of profit or business opportunity.
10. Termination
Either party may stop the engagement at any time with written notice. Delivery of already-paid volume will be completed, or the balance credited, as agreed.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at our registered place of business have exclusive jurisdiction.
